• IT Workforce/Graduate IT Education:  NAAIIP developed a policy statement on Graduate IT Education
• Legislative Affairs:  NAAIIP has made great strides in the legislative arena.  NAAIIP's Legislative Office in Chicago working closely with the Executive Committee has spearheaded the effort to represent IT professionals of Indian origin.  NAAIIP focuses on managed care, IT workforce reciprocity.  The Legislative Office also serves as a primary contact for IT professionals groups and Company
• Working with other IT professionals Organizations:  NAAIIP has taken a leadership role in working with other IT professionals groups.  By working in coalition with other IT professionals organizations, we will be more effective advocates on behalf of our members.
• Continuing IT Education:  IT Education contributes to the professional growth of our members.  NAAIIP offers excellent IT Education programs in the US and India.  In addition to educational activities in USA, each year, many IT Education programs are held in India in collaboration with other IT professionals organizations.
• Clerkship program in India for US IT Students: NAAIIP has established several informal understandings with IT institutions in India that would facilitate this process.  The NAAIIP Charitable Foundation also supports several faculty visits every year.
• Community Technology Information Column: NAAIIP has collaborated in the past with several Indian American newspapers to pass on IT knowledge to the community at-large
