Progress in Immigration Reform Bill

The senate Immigration Bill draft is out and we are still reviewing the Bill. We would like to thank the Gang of 8 for including most of our requests of which we are very much thankful for including two items as per our request in 2007 with Congressmen Gutierez & Senator Durbin) This was a total flaw of the H1B system & all the H1B skilled workers where worried about this. Any time they loose the JOB and they will not be able to continue here. It is practically impossible to find another job within the same day. Employers where using this tool to squeeze out maximum out of the H1B employees and this was totally inhumane.
